Daily rates

1 person: CHF 550

2 to 4 persons: CHF 650

The daily rate can be adjusted depending on the duration of the engagement, the length of the run, the difficulty or the conditions.

Daily rate for groups of more than 4 people on request.

Expenses and any rental equipment will be charged additionally. Additional expenses such as mountain railroads, public transportation etc. are not included in the price.

Hourly rates

Individual coaching: CHF 120 per hour.

2 persons: CHF 80 per person and per hour.

3 persons: CHF 60 per person and per hour.

From 4 to a maximum of 8 people: flat rate of CHF 230 per hour.

Long-term engagements

The price for a longer-term collaboration depends on the goals and scope. We will be happy to provide you with an individual quote for your personal running coaching.

Our trail running coaching can be tailored to your desired location. We specialize in particular in running in alpine terrain, such as in the Alps or Scandinavia.

The exact equipment list depends heavily on the chosen destination and will be sent to you in advance. The following equipment items are for guidance only and may differ from the final list.

Clothes and shoes

  • Trail running shoes with soles suitable for off-road terrain (road running shoes with smooth soles are not suitable)
  • Trail running backpack, trail running vest or similar with space for weather protection, food and drinks
  • Optional: Lightweight trail running poles
  • Functional clothing for running in different temperatures and weather conditions
  • Thin hat and gloves

Food on the go

We recommend bringing some energy bars, gels, or similar items for trail runs, as well as water bottles or a hydration system for your running backpack.

  • beAnywhere Expenses: CHF 0.70/km for travel by car, public transport tickets according to expenditure
  • Any mountain railway tickets (for you and our guide)
  • Meals during the tour
  • Accommodation costs (if necessary, for arrival/following day or multi-day offers)
  • Special requests such as detailed photo documentation

Insurance is the responsibility of the participants (accident, health, and liability insurance). We recommend REGA membership and cancellation insurance.
