I would like to order a photo of you that is not in the store. How do I do that?

Not all photographs that you find in the gallery or on another page are listed in our store. If you particularly like a photo and would like to order it through our store, just contact us and we will find a quick and easy solution so that you soon have your dream photo hanging on your wall.

Is the material for mounting prints included?

The vast majority of our prints are delivered including the necessary mounting material for wall mounting. For each product variant is indicated separately in the product description, whether the mounting material is included.

Explicitly excluded are pictures on Hahnemühle FineArt paper: here you will receive your picture on exclusive art paper and can decide yourself how you want to make the further design (frame, shadow gap or similar).

To which countries can I have my order delivered?

Currently we deliver within Switzerland, Germany and Austria, other countries will follow. Please ask us in case of doubt and we will see what we can do.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs vary depending on the size of the image and the destination of the delivery and will be displayed in detail during the order.

In which currencies can I pay?

Currently you can only pay in Swiss Francs (CHF).

We have our murals produced by professional photo labs and partly in the respective country of delivery to keep the transport costs as low as possible. This also allows us to produce at the country-specific rates. For example, if we had a picture produced in Switzerland and shipped to Germany, the customer from Germany would otherwise pay a relatively high price, since the price level in Switzerland is higher than in Germany for production, among other things.

How can I pay?

We accept the following payment methods

Credit card
Credit card payments are processed through the payment provider Stripe.

Paypal
At beAnywhere you can pay with PayPal. Choose PayPal as your payment method and you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page. There you can log in if you already have an account or create a new one. Your payment will be encrypted and sent to beAnywhere within a few minutes and your order will be released.

Apple Pay
In the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Apple. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment instruction to Apple. After submitting the order in the store, we request Apple to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

Google Pay
In the order process, you will be redirected to the Google Pay website where you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment instruction to Google.

All payment steps and the entire website are secure and encrypted with the latest technology. Your order will be produced and shipped after payment.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Our photo calendars, alu-dibond products as well as canvases need between 5 and 10 working days due to the production process. Acrylic glass products require 12 to 14 business days in production. Orders of different product types may be shipped separately. You then pay only once for shipping.

I am dissatisfied with my order, what can I do?

It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your order of our high quality landscape photography products. Please contact us in case of any damage or production defect. We will try to find a good solution.
