After you book, we'll contact you by email and work with you to schedule a time for your video call.

You struggle with a fear of heights but aren't sure where to start? Or you live too far away to join an in-person training in Switzerland? In a personal video call, we'll work out together what triggers your fear of heights – and you'll leave with concrete techniques and an individual plan, wherever you live.
Vertigo and fear of falling are a natural protective reaction – but when they overreact, they steal the joy of hiking. In a 1:1 video call, we take a close look at what specifically triggers your fear of heights, and you get the first effective tools to stop it from taking the wheel.
In the video coaching, we work on three things:
This isn't about "curing" you – a video call can't replace the real experience on the mountain. But it's a low-threshold first step: understanding your pattern, concrete tools, and clarity about the path that's right for you.
Available at any time. After you book, we'll schedule a time for your video call together.

Personal assessment of your fear of heights (triggers, patterns, past experiences)
Guidance on 2–3 concrete techniques tailored to your situation
Written summary with an individual practice plan by email after the call
A clear recommendation for next steps (keep practicing independently, or move to in-person training)
Do you have any questions? I will be happy to advise you on this travel offer.
The call takes place comfortably from home – wherever you live, whether in Switzerland, the UK, or the US. The only requirement is a stable internet connection and 45 uninterrupted minutes. We're happy to work around your time zone when scheduling.
None – the price is all-inclusive with no extra charges.
A video call can't replace hands-on work in real terrain. If you want to work on your fear of heights in a lasting way, under real conditions, we recommend our 2-day Fear of Heights Training in Switzerland as a complement.
Not suitable for clinical fear of heights (acrophobia) or diagnosed anxiety disorders. In these cases, we recommend professional psychological support.
If you decide to book the 2-day training in Switzerland within 6 months, the price of your first video session is credited in full.

Yes, for the first step: assessment and technique coaching work regardless of location. What a call can't replace is applying the techniques in real terrain – that's what the in-person training is for.
The video coaching gives you assessment, technique coaching, and a plan. The in-person training additionally guides you through putting it into practice in real terrain, with direct feedback in the moment.
Yes, absolutely. The video coaching is location-independent and is aimed especially at people for whom travelling to an in-person training isn't an option.
We work around your time zone – just let us know when booking, and we'll find a time that works.
The price of your video call is credited in full toward the 2-day training if you book it within 6 months.
A stable internet connection, a device with a camera, and Zoom or a comparable video tool – the link will be sent to you after booking.
Yes, very much so. Companions often play an important role as a reference point on the mountain – we can factor that in directly during the call.
For a first assessment and a plan, yes. For more pronounced fear, we'll usually recommend the in-person training directly, or additional professional psychological support – we'll discuss this openly with you during the call.
