Get your fear of heights under control with targeted coaching, mental strength, and the right sense of your limits. We accompany you step by step to greater safety on the mountain.

Do you feel uneasy on narrow paths and feel blocked? Fear of heights and fear of falling are natural protective reactions that warn us of danger. However, if you overreact, they prevent you from enjoying your hike. You can reliably reduce this fear through targeted exercises, mental training, and conscious movement on the mountain. We will help you to stay calm and trust your body more.

In our coaching for overcoming fear of heights, we work together on three levels:

  • Body awareness & balance: You learn to trust your body more.
  • Mental techniques: How to stay calm with breathing, focus, and inner dialogue.
  • Gradual exposure: At your own pace, we will take paths that challenge you but do not overwhelm you.

This is not about tests of courage, but about lasting, positive experiences. We strengthen your self-efficacy without any pressure, but with a great deal of understanding and experience.

Our coaching for overcoming fear of heights while hiking follows a two-part approach: In the first session, we lay the foundation with bodywork, mental preparation, and an initial experience in the field. In the second part, we transfer what we have learned to a new situation in order to further consolidate trust, confidence, and courage. Both parts build on each other and give you enough space to find your own pace.

  • Gradual exposure with guidance and breaks

Goal: Strengthen courage through experience, build trust, gain confidence

Teil 2 – Verankerung & Transfer

(approx. 5 hours)
