Marina feels most alive when her backpack is on, her shoes are laced up, and a new trail lies ahead of her. As a trainee hiking guide with the Swiss Mountain Guides Association, she spends the whole year out in nature—always ready to discover new regions, hidden trails, and special moments. Marina is also a member of ASAM, the Association of Swiss Hiking Guides, where she represents the ASAM Upper Valais section as co-president.

With her keen sense for places off the beaten track, she finds experiences that cannot be googled – you have to go there. And it is precisely these adventures that she shares with the beAnywhere community: out on tour or online, so that the inspiration never stops.

For Marina, beAnywhere is a promise: to set off together, dare to try new things, and experience the mountains with all your senses – authentically, connectively, and with plenty of opportunities for moments of happiness.

"Hiking boots laced, backpack on, brain in free-roam mode – that’s my happy place. I’m Marina – environmental engineer, designer, communications expert, and above all: someone who thrives outdoors. Most of all on narrow trails between endless green 🌲 and raw rock.

Outside is where I feel best. Hiking, discovering, moving together – that’s my thing. That’s why I’m currently training to become a certified hiking guide with the Swiss Mountain Guide Association. Because nature experiences should be more than just fun – they should also be safe, meaningful, and well-led. I’m also a member of ASAM, the Swiss association of hiking guides, where I represent the Upper Valais section as co-president.

My studies in environmental engineering and my job as a digital product designer at Gyden? Always along for the ride – providing solid knowledge and a bigger picture view. I love planning with a clear mind and a lot of heart – sustainably, thoughtfully, and with a good dose of creativity.

With maremountain, I bring together movement and relaxation. With beAnywhere, I share my love for the mountains. And when I’m not outside? I tell the stories – honestly, openly, and always with a little wink."
