During our return trip from the Lofoten Islands, we made a stopover in the Norwegian harbor town of Bodø. In addition to various trail runs in the beautiful fjells of the surrounding area, we were also able to create two interactive panoramas of this beautiful town.
Can you call the cityscape of such a small town a skyline? We are not sure, but we have decided to call the panorama with this motif a skyline.
But the next evening (or rather the next night during the midnight sun) we were able to go one better and create a 360-degree panorama of Bodø and the surrounding area from a nearby vantage point on a mountain, consisting of more than 30 individual images. Beautiful light moods and incredible views as far as the Lofoten Islands included.
Also in the picture: the new and impressive Wood Hotel Bodø in the middle of the wooded fells. A somewhat surreal sight, but architecturally somehow quite fitting into this unique landscape.
By the way: in our portfolio you will find even more panoramas of various locations in our interactive format.
