Lac de Dix is one of the large Swiss reservoirs in southern Valais. When the water level is full, it reaches a height of over 2300 meters and its dam wall makes it the highest structure in Switzerland. The water is used to generate electricity and thus forms one of the most important pillars for the energy supply with renewable energies. The lake is fed in particular by glaciers from the surrounding regions, some of which are still being fed into the lake from the Mattertal valley in long underground tunnels.

This interesting fine art print shows part of the eastern slopes with the uppermost part of the water table, with many textures and colors of the different elements of water, rock and alpine vegetation. Thanks to the most modern printing processes, with which the colors can be reproduced in all their brilliance and the high level of detail, a fine art print with many possibilities and an eye-catcher on the alpine landscape.
